Yeah we know, we've played some LP Standards on other shows but not all of the original series from the very first in 1952 to the last SG style in 1963. We have them all and we play them all back to back sprinkling in all the snappy patter you expect and maybe some you don't. Warning: we did have to use the Magic Sword Canes to go back in time again but we're back now and doing just fine.

Wolfe at Wolfetone Electronics has been working on a cover for a P90 pickup, any P90 pickup that will work with a humbucking guitar with no modifications and he sent us a prototype. That's right, now your LP Standards can have P90's if you love that sound as much as we do. Still a 3D printed prototype, D & P take it for a spin along with Wolfetone Mean and Meaner P90s and compare them to other pickups and an original '54 LP which is always fun. The original reverse body Firebirds have to be the strangest guitars Gibson ever made and that's saying a lot.
